How to Add and Edit Your Faculty Members

Thank you for upgrading to the new Agency Faculty Membership. Below you will find the instructions on how to add and edit your faculty list. Add a Faculty Member

  1. Log in to www.oadn.org using your username and password.  
  2. Once you have logged in to the member portal select the “View Profile” option.

  4. Select the “Manage Faculty Members” option.

  6. Select the “Add Faculty Member” option.

  8. Enter the necessary information, and then select the “Submit” option. (If you see an error message on this screen, please make sure you are logged into the website and your membership is up to date).

Edit Faculty Member

  1. Log in to www.oadn.org  using your username and password.
  2. Once you have logged in to the member portal select the “View Profile” option.
  3. Select the “Manage Faculty Members” option. 
  4. Select the “View Faculty Members” option.

  6. Select the name of the faculty member.

  10. Once the edits have been completed, select the “Done” option.

Frequent Asked Questions

Q: When I try to manage my faculty members, I get an error message. What does this mean?

        A: There are three common errors that could prevent you from accessing your faculty management. 

    1. Make sure you are logged into the website. Depending on your browser settings, it is possible for you to be temporarily logged out from your account when you try to add your faculty members. It is easy to tell if you are not logged in to the website. If the blue button in the top-right corner of your screen says "Member Login", then you must login to the website. In the screenshot below, you could see one of the following error messages:

    3. It is also possible that you have not yet upgraded your membership to the Agency Faculty Plan. You account will be upgraded once your payment is processed by the OADN National Office. In the screenshot below, it is also possible to receive this message if you are timed out of the website while viewing this page.

    5. If your Agency Faculty membership is expired, you will not have access to your faculty members. Please update or renew your membership to access these options.
