The Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence and the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing announce an exciting partnership to enhance leadership skills for those aspiring to enter administration or current Deans and Directors of academic nursing programs. This program is geared to those involved in associate degree nursing education. We would like to invite you to attend our Deans and Directors Workshop this coming February and June. This workshop will help build up the competencies of deans and directors  and those. Expert faculty will present content that includes time management, delegation, negotiation, and influencing skills among many other topics.

A former participant said that the workshop was “very helpful in every aspect of the role of Director.” Another said “The task of taking on a leadership role in education brings on feeling of being overwhelmed; it’s nice to have tools and nice to network with other new directors.”
