📈 The exhibit hall in San Antonio is larger than in previous years, and increased vendor participation is anticipated.
⚠️ Despite expanded capacity, the exhibit hall has sold out annually since 2021. Early participation is strongly advised.
🕒 Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be established (typically by August).
📌 OADN reserves the right to limit or curate vendor participation in the exhibit hall at its discretion.

The revised map combines multiple purchased booth spaces into one booth listing.

• If you purchased two or more adjoining booths, the new map will show only the lowest booth number from your purchase.
• Example: If you purchased booths 502 and 504, your booth will now appear as 502.
• Your booth location has not changed.
• No exhibitors were moved.
