🚨 Exhibit Booth Sales Timeline (dates subject to change)
OADN uses a phased approach to booth selection and purchasing to ensure sponsors and returning exhibitors receive priority access.
📅 April 15 – June 15, 2026 | Sponsor Booth Selection
During this period, OADN will work with confirmed sponsors to secure exhibit space. Sponsors receive advance access to booth selection, including premium placement options. Early selection is a significant benefit of sponsorship and ensures optimal visibility within the exhibit hall.
📅 June 15 – July 1, 2026 | Priority Access for 2025 Exhibitors
Following sponsor selection, vendors who exhibited at the 2025 OADN Convention in Nashville will be invited to purchase booth space during an exclusive early access window.
📅 Early July 2026 | General Booth Sales Open
The remaining exhibit space will be made available to all other interested vendors after the priority access period concludes.
Additional Information
📈 The exhibit hall in San Antonio is larger than in previous years, and increased vendor participation is anticipated.
⚠️ Despite expanded capacity, the exhibit hall has sold out annually since 2021. Early participation is strongly advised.
🕒 Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be established (typically by late August).
📌 OADN reserves the right to limit or curate vendor participation in the exhibit hall at its discretion.
