Her own journey began at a community college before continuing on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University, where she specialized in membership and loyalty programs. She has been recognized with the Luminary Award – Women to Watch in Dallas Advertising and 32 Under 32 Award recognizing young professionals in the Dallas advertising scene.

Beyond her professional work, Allison lives in Fort Worth, Texas. Her “happy place” is the Rocky Mountains of northwest Colorado, where she enjoys unplugged time outdoors. She loves playing games like Rummikub and mahjong, and she is a proud band parent to a senior in the high school marching band.
