Dr. Sandra Melton is the Director of the School of Nursing and Allied Health at Ventura College. She has over 48 years in nursing education. Dr. Melton has served on the California Organization of Associate Degree Nursing (COADN) South executive committee for the past 15 years and is currently President. She is a passionate advocate for nursing excellence and strives to lead by example, embodying the principles of transformational leadership to inspire positive change.
