“Being an OADN Academy Fellow has afforded me the opportunity to develop a strong network with nursing leaders across the country, advocate for Associate Degree Nursing Programs, and engage in conversation about today’s challenges of Associate Degree Nursing programs. As a fellow, I take pride in the development of tomorrow’s nursing leaders by serving as a mentor in the OADN Leadership Institute program. Furthermore, as a fellow of AADN I keep myself accountable to the highest nursing ethical standards and aim to serve as a role model to my fellow nursing faculty colleagues.”
