Larissa Africa, MBA, BSN, RN, FAONL, FAAN is President and Chief Executive officer of Versant Healthcare Competency Solutions. She has spent almost two decades developing and leading strategies in use of a competency-based transition to practice (TTP) program. This model integrates and standardizes nursing workforce development across the entire healthcare continuum and addresses high-demand areas such as long-term care and home health, including advanced practice nursing, at healthcare organizations nationally.
