Ruby Alvarez

Ruby Alvarez, PhD, MSN, RN, is a nurse educator and academic leader with extensive experience in associate degree nursing education, curriculum development, student success, and nursing program leadership. She currently serves as Southeast Director for the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (OADN), where she contributes to regional leadership, professional engagement, and the advancement of associate degree nursing education. Dr. Alvarez also serves as Campus Dean at Galen College of Nursing in Orlando, Florida, and has held previous academic leadership roles, including Interim Dean of the School of Nursing at Valencia College and Interim Program Administrator at Galen College of Nursing in Gainesville. An active member of OADN since 2006, her professional service reflects a strong commitment to supporting faculty development, strengthening academic partnerships, and promoting pathways that prepare diverse learners for success in the nursing profession.[/vc_column_text]
